The appointment will take place over Microsoft Teams, which is a secure network. There will be a confidential, secure electronic record of our consultation which I can refer back to or use to write a referral if this is what is needed. My system does not connect to the NHS IT system so I cannot see your general practice medical record. We can look together at blood results, other investigations results or specialist letters that you have received.
